Promotion Rules – Beef Up Your Tailgate 2010

To Enter:

Qualify to win by displaying and/or using Texas Beef products, HEB own brand products and Fiesta Brand Spices within your 2010 A&M home game tailgate gathering. At each home game, the Sponsor’s Tailgate crew will scout the best users of HEB/Fiesta Spices/Texas Beef tailgaters and document each possible contender with a photograph and will review each prior to the start of the game. Sponsor will choose three finalists from which one grand prize winner will be picked each week. The grand prize winner will receive a spot in the final tailgate competition on 11/20/10 and two runner ups will receive prize packs.

A contender is defined as a tailgater spotted out by team using Texas Beef Products, HEB Own Brand products and Fiesta Brand Seasonings. Each finalist tailgate party that pictures are taken of must designate a contact person. This person becomes the prize recipient. Each contender must fill out a contact form provided by the sponsor. A Polaroid and digital camera photo will be taken of each contender. The Polaroid for documentation and the digital for Hi Res quality photos. All weekly and overall winners agree to allow photos of the competition to be used in sponser’s advertizing. All weekly Grand Prize Winners will be required to gather before the last home game on 11/20/2010 to compete for the Overall Grand Prize and title of 2010 Best Beef Up Your Tailgate by hosting the best HEB/Beef/Fiesta Spices tailgate party that day. Winner will be announced on Dave South’s pre-game show prior to the start of the game and introduced on the 12th Man TV during the game.

Prize Details:

Customized Aggie smoker BBQ grill. Prize will be at the final judging on November 20th for the winning team to take home with them.

Awarding of Prize(s):

Selection of winners will take place prior to each 2010 home game after tailgate crew judges have reviewed possible contenders. Judging will be based on the best display and use of HEB beef products, HEB own brand products and Fiesta Spices. The final judging will take place on or about the 11/20/10. Judging and awarding of prizes will be conducted by the sponsors whose decisions on all matters relating to this contest are final. Prize winners will be notified in person prior to the Nov. 20th game and may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release upon receiving the prize on November 20, 2010. Failure to respond with in the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. In the liability release, winner will agree to release Sponsor and its agencies from any injuries, damages or losses which may be sustained in connection with ownership, use or misuse of the prize. If prize is won by a minor, it will be awarded in the name of a parent/legal guardian who must sign and return all required documents. If prize or prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded. Winners agree that sponsor may use their names or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited). Limit one prize per person or household.

Odds of winning depend on the number of qualified participants.

Eligibility:

Contest open only to legal US residents, age 18 or older. Employees of HEB, Fiesta Spices, Texas Beef Council, Texas A&M University and their parent and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family and household members of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. Sponsor and its affiliated and parent company, advertising and promotion agencies, are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and may rescind, cancel or revoke this drawing based upon any such error without liability and at its sole discretion. By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold harmless, Sponsor and its advertising and promotions agencies from any loss, damage or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.
